Linklaters wanted professional branded merchandise to be available to all staff around the world with no hassle. The ordering system had to be straightforward and centralised to avoid creating more adminsitive work for their team. A crucial requirement was that anything being shipped internationally had to arrive within a maximum of five working days as meetings and events are often organised with little notice.
Our secure webshop is gated and can only be accessed by employees. It’s fully customised with the LinkLaters brand ID but the interface is simple and easy to use so anyone within the business is able to easily order merchandise within minutes. Users can see their order history so placing repeat orders is no trouble. We created a ‘ready-to-order’ collection to meet the demand for super-fast international shipping, which offers same day delivery within the UK if required, as well as global delivery within five days. For occasions that allowed for slightly longer lead times, we also created a range of ‘on-demand’ gifts which users could browse from which are bespoke and made to order. A dedicated account manager ran regular review meetings to keep Linklaters updated on the progress throughout the duration of the project. This also meant we were able to communicate suggested improvements and new ideas saving Linklaters time which being such a busy firm, they thoroughly appreciated.
